We wanted to update our clients, their families and the professionals we work with that AMS Case Management is very much open for business in light of the ever-changing Covid-19 outbreak, although in a very different way.
Our team are used to working creatively, remotely and sensitively and this will not change in light of the Government advice. We are working hard to see clients where absolutely needed, while taking the correct precautions and advising them in light of the constantly changing latest advice. We have already undertaken a programme of reassuring and supporting clients, to ensure their concerns are addressed and that they are being given the correct information.
Our highly proactive team of case managers have always worked creatively to ensure lines of communication with our clients, support workers and other necessary agencies are kept alive and open at all times.
We will be working remotely until we are advised otherwise and have been set up for remote working for some time – so the move has been seamless. We are continuing to minimise face-to-face and external meetings over the coming weeks – using telephone calls, video calls or email instead – unless absolutely necessary (when precautions will be taken).
