Message from Lauren Riggs, Case Manager Assistant:
In few days time, I will be leaving AMS Case Management to relocate to the Surrey area. Apologies if this comes as a bit of a shock, believe me it’s been very hard decision to make.
So a year on, what do I say…
I honestly couldn’t have wished to work with a better bunch of people, both colleagues and clients. I shall be extremely sad to say goodbye on 18th July.
The team I have worked with has enabled me to be the best I can be, enabling me to provide suitable support for each client and signpost to some amazing local services.
Building relationships with other services such as rehabilitation, occupational therapy and other health professionals had opened my mind to other methods and given me more of a holistic approach.
Unfortunately, brain injury changes lives, it affects all aspects of life, families go through lots of testing times and being there for them is very important to me. It gives me great joy to see my clients progress through their own life goals and accomplishing things they never thought they would have the ability to do.
I have loved my job and will miss every single one of you. I wish all the team and all the clients the very best.
Case Manager Assistant
We are sorry to say goodbye to Lauren who has been a great asset to our team, but we know this is the best decision for her and her family. We wish her well in her new life, we know she will make a great success of anything she puts her mind to. Good Luck Lauren from your AMS CM Family!
