About the role
Your role will be dedicated to working with a lady with an acquired brain injury. Working to build a professional, working relationship and supporting her with her rehabilitation plan, activities of daily living and in social & leisure activities in the home and out in the community. You will also assist with Therapy Programmes, set by the team of professionals working with the client.
A private case manager is involved, working alongside the client. A full induction training programme will be organised in order to familiarise the successful candidate with our client’s needs and complete training on her therapy programme.
Working hours are available for those interested in full or part-time working, the hours will be on a rota basis working 24/7 including waking nights.
