£12 an hour – Part-time, Permanent
About the role
Your role will be dedicated to working with a young lady with Cerebral Palsy, an acquired brain injury and learning difficulties. Working to build a professional, working relationship and supporting her with her rehabilitation plan, activities of daily living and in social & leisure activities in the home and out in the community. You will also assist with Therapy Programmes, set by the team of professionals working with the client.
A private case manager is involved, working alongside the client. A full induction training programme will be organised in order to familiarise the successful candidate with our client’s needs and complete training on her therapy programme.
Working hours are available for those interested in full or part-time working. Hours of work will include weekends and evenings + 2 sleeps per month.
You will be expected to be flexible to cover for sickness and annual leave as and when required.
Shifts that will be covered initially are
Weekday – day TBC – 6 hours – 14.30 – 20.30
Weekday – day TBC -6 hours – 14.30 – 20.30
Friday – 6 hours – 14.30 – 20.30
Weekday – day TBC – 8 hours – 9.30 – 17.30
Saturday – 6 hours – To be arranged with family – may differ each week dependant on activity planned
